Shipping policy

All pins will be shipped from Jakarta, ID. The tracking number will be available within a week after the purchasing date. If you do not get yours after 10 days, please DM or email us by telling us your order number.

United States is our primary market because the shipping rate is the most affordable one. Although Covid-19 may still affect delivery time, we have never had any problem shipping to US. If you are a US-based customer, you can order our pins while sitting back and relax:)

It's the same for countries in Asia, Australia, and Canada. The rates may vary, but you are good to go. Trust us, our pins are worth it!

Regular service is currently not available for shipping to EU and South American countries. The only option is through express shipping (the rate is a bit much higher). Try ordering several pins (2-5 pins) at once to save the shipping for the express shipping flat rate can take up to 0.5 Kg!

Also, EU-based customers need to attach a copy of their tax identification card or identification card during order. We also had to block several countries in EU and South America because our packages were often returned or got lost there. If you are from EU/South America country, please only order at your own risk.

Please note that during this unfortunate event of Covid-19, delivery time may be a bit longer than normal.

You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties.
